both the popup and the editor look very old, we should change that. all those themes don't help either.
maybe even a vscode-type vibe for the editor 👀

An attempt was made in #517, but it's not that easy so we won't be pursuing it.
The only hope is that someone else implements it.

BTW it's already possible to introduce a modern look by writing a CSS theme for Stylus so if this is indeed a problem someone may have already done it or maybe you could suggest the idea to someone you know.

I also don't think we should change the HTML layout just for a facelift. We should rewrite our UI to use a UI framework, which should be fast, so probably not React/Vue, which are quite slow due to being extremely versatile, maybe Svelte.
