ide文件名过长的时候希望优化下

复现路径（To Reproduce）
opensumi/ide-electron tag v3.2.1版本代码， 安装后新建一个json, 然后修改文件名变为很长的名字，打开的效果如图

预期表现（Expected behavior）

优化下文件名长度，不影响其他tab， 和顶部菜单

环境信息（Environment）

  • OS: Windows10
  • Browser: chrome
  • OpenSumi Version: 3.2.1

@yinyinfurongzmr MacOS 上无法复现这个问题，可以排查一下 tab_block_container 样式下的 word-break 等属性是否正常，可能受你全局样式影响
