Moving an instalation to another computer

How can I move an installation of MACRO Deck 2 with all plugins, and Icons and buttons from one computer to another?

I´ve tried to backup and copy the files to another computer and tried to restore from backup but it didn´t work.

You can use the Backup service to back your Macro Deck instance up, and restore it. It is located in %AppData%\Macro Deck\backups.
You can also copy the entire %AppData%\Macro Deck folder then paste it to the new PC on %AppData%.

🗒️ - You can copy the credentials folder, but you will need to reconfigure some plugins, because of how Macro Deck credentials work; TLDR: It is tied to your PC's Windows install.
