Feature Request - Ability to set podcast-specific settings that override the global settings.

There are some configuration options available in global settings that a user might want to set different values for specific podcasts.

There are also some configuration options that could be added here where they only really make sense to set at the podcast level (not globally) such as auto-skipping from the start/end of each episode.

It's pretty common behavior to have these settings inherit from the global configuration unless explicitly set/overridden at the podcast level.
For example, I want my global playback speed to be 1.5x, but for one specific podcast that's too fast, so I want to be able set that one specifically to only be 1.25x.

Some features I can think that would be nice to be able to control per podcast/feed include:

• Playback speed
• Auto-skip X seconds from start (allows auto-skipping over outros and ads)
• Auto-skip X seconds from end (allows auto-skipping through intros and ads)
• Seconds to rewind
• Seconds to skip
• Default sort order (newest first, oldest first)
• Auto-queue new episodes
• Default queue placement (next, last)
• Download controls (e.g., # of episodes to keep)
