Description

Problem: AWS Bedrock is currently only work with Region East 1, but not configured to user's specific selection or env files.

Propose solution: reconfigure the bedrock controller to work with env file after user's inputs on "Configuration Page". Nice to have that user can select to change while they don't have to resubmit Configuration form.

Reproduction

  1. Run the application
  2. Go to Configuration page and submit your aws access information.
  3. Go to Functional Performance page
  4. Provide some texts to the AI BedRock and it should say "Assistant: something went wrong" if it is not in Region (East 1)
