send more complex data in grpc executor

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to use the grpc executor to send a more complex grpc message to one of my services. In my example I would like to test a "create user" grpc endpoint and my user has several dozen fields which I want to fill. I am looking for something similar to "bodyfile" in http executor. Thanks
