Upload and display photos

I don't really know WHERE we'd show them, though. I don't want to clutter up the location detail page.

Rather than displaying thumbnails in the location info page, I think it might work better to have a link that says, "location photos". When viewing that page, you see the images (either as a thumbnail or full width and you can then scroll to see them all (not sure what is expected on an iOS app). If no photos, say, "no photos yet."

At the top of the page, provide a picture upload function (like, browse phone gallery and upload).

@RyanTG I propose we move this to a different release. It's big, and everything else in 4.0.2 is almost ready to go.
