check_version.sql- insert ignore #243

In check_version.sql, why not to use a simple INSERT IGNORE instead of this?

Insert if not already

INSERT INTO schema_versions (version)
SELECT 0 FROM DUAL
WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT * FROM schema_versions);
