Questions

  1. Should the demo site be defaults only, or should we add add-ons or make special configuration?
  2. If it is OK to deviate, should we enable the experimental feature of the add button below a block? If so the configuration change would be config.experimental.addBlockButton.enabled = true.

I think it is OK to have a policy in place to allow experimental features to be enabled as that will give them greater exposure and more hands-on testing opportunities.

Add-ons is a slippery slope (bet you can't just install one!), and may be more difficult to maintain.
