No private videos in RSS feed #37

The RSS feed should NOT include private videos, only published ones.

Here is an example of the RSS return for a search of "simpsons":
http://www.criticalcommons.org/cc/playlist?SearchableText=simpsons

Included in the feed are some videos that are currently private, such as:
http://www.criticalcommons.org/Members/BaileyNorwood/clips/simpsons-pumpkin-futures-wave.wmv

Also, the link for this clip points to a video that is not public:
