[Feature Request] Make the cosmic launcher centered on the screen, or give some way to configure where it opens

Right now the launcher opens near the top of the screen, overlapping the top panel. Its purely an aesthetic preference but I think it would look a lot nicer if it opened near the center of the screen in order to not obstruct the UI.

This problem also exists for the menu application.
If you move the panel from the top to another place, the application menu will still appear at the top.
