Monitor high hz black screening

I am not seeing an issue regarding this, on my desktop(specs below):

• 12700k
• 32gb 3600mhz
• 13tb hdd
• 4tb nvme
• 7900xt
• asus b660m
• Dell 24 inch 240hz
• aoc 24 inch 144hz

Laptops:

• T480
• Dell 7480

Install process goes well, reboot is fine, but once I set my hz above 60 the screen will start a black screen and back to desktop anytime i open a full screen application or move across certain apps (like hovering over the power icon to reboot). The screen blacks out for around 2-4 seconds and will do it the entire time.

Have went ahead and tested on 2 laptops and those (dont have above 60hz) have no issues like this)< tried it with a 144hz monitor and also saw the issue.
