Add more Linux OS's for Web Smoke tests

As we move to putting Positron in Workbench, we need to have the automated web tests that cover more of the operating systems that are used by workbench to catch issues as early as possible. We currently only run on Ubuntu, but should expand to more server variants such as RedHat and SLES.

Notes:

• We should work with workbench team to understand what are the most uses variants.
• It would be good to also add electron tests as well, but I think web should be the priority.
