[feature request] vite support

vite has gained a lot of ground in recent years and is now the build tool of choice for many new projects. It'd be great to support power-assert transformations with vite.

My reading has left me confused about whether vite uses babel sometimes or optionally or with certain plugins. I opened a question about this on the vite discord but haven't heard back.

I also stumbled across what appears to be code for power-assert plugins for esbuild and rollup (tools which vite builds on)… but twada has not published them yet. https://github.com/twada/power-assert-monorepo/tree/main/packages
