Add more flexibility to /np command

Describe the new feature:
I was wondering if you guys can add something like {prefix}np{suffix} so we can do "hello, i am playing [np]" in the chat and the [np] would be replaced by the map that I am currently playing and the rest of the message would be still intact. This might be slightly easier to add on Lazer because it is not dependent on Bancho.

Proposal designs of the feature:
In addition to whats described above, I would love an option in Settings where you can set the suffix and prefix to whatever you desire and an overlay explaining how this works.

This could also be a new supporter feature... Would make me want supporter a lot more if it was added plus a lot of other commands too
