Rework navigation and update or remove outdated pages

Prebid docs has grown over the past years with a lot of additions thanks to the community and contributors. Not every page is up-to-date, still valid or at the right spot. Goal of this issue is to gather pages that require maintenance.

Sidebar structure

The sidebar is tedious to update, because the sbSecId must match the sidebarType in the actual markdown files. Still the ordering could be improved as products, formats and guidlines are mixed
