Moving a Question over form Matrix:

Hey all - I research Space and Satellite Sustainability, and I am looking into whether ABM can enable us to answer some questions around how many satellites we can fit into orbit before a runaway collision occurs. My question is around whether this could be done in mesa (with a little bit of imagination i think). For starters, I was wondering if it would be possible to alter the environment into horizontal strips (representing orbits) where agents slowly fall into the row below over time (based on some predifined rate/ODE).

@blueriver212 I suppose my questions would be, with multigrid could you just treat the grid as horizontal strips? Do you need a 3D space?
