Welcoming @gmischler as another maintainer for fpdf2!

Hi fpdf2 users!

For 2 years now, @gmischler has been a very active contributor of this project.

I think he started contributing by reporting a bug (#215) and fixing it right away (#219).

Since then he made several major contributions, notably:

• he introduced FlexTemplate, a new flexible templating class (PR: Refactor template.py to create FlexTemplate() #228)
• he implemented FPDF.set_dash_pattern() and, at the same time and maybe more importantly, FPDF.local_context() (PR: Manage a stack of local graphic state #290)
• he introduced new_x & new_y parameters as replacement for ln= in FPDF.cell() & FPDF.multi_cell() methods (PR: Simplify specifying the new position after multline text #343)
• he provided a new method FPDF.set_char_spacing() (PR: Refactor: Move more text processing to line_break.py & char_spacing #511)
• he added support for superscript, subscript and fractional positioning (PR: Support Superscript, Subscript and Fractional positioning #520)

He also took part in the resolution of several issues, made several bugfixes, improved the documentation, tackled massive refactorings, and even took the time to remove an unneeded dependency:

• contributed issues
• contributed pull requests

Finally, @gmischler suggested a massive improvement of fpdf2 text rendering strategy,
and to that end submitted a detailed analysis/proposal and several PRs: #339

For all those reasons, I first want to thank him very much!

and hooray! today he accepted 😊

He is now effectively an administrator of this GitHub repository.
