Hide notification title when not used #291

As it can be seen on the image above, there are two types of notifications:

one with a custom title (lazy.nvim)
one with no title (notifications)

I'd like to remove the "default" title from notifications that doesn't use a custom one. Like a minimal view but with the icon.
