XPENDINGEX RetryCount is actually the TryCount

Extended form of XPENDING will return The number of times this message was delivered. which should be TryCount, DeliveredTimes or AttemptCount instead of RetryCount.

Using RetryCount may cause confusion, I think it should be modified to DeliveredTimes which may be the closest official term.
