Decide when to use SMS and when E-Mail to communicate with Helpers #16

When a helper gives only an E-Mail or SMS it is clear what to do. but what to do in the other cases?
I see a few options how to decide on it:

  • Add an urgent field to a request and prefer Helpers that submitted an SMS (but also other helpers) for that request.
  • Have a threshold for when prefer sending SMS instead of E-Mail
