Write wrapper over raqm-rs for drawing text in drawer

Description

It is necessary to develop a simple TextView for Drawer, with conversion to a webrender - on top of raqm-rs.

• Simple wrapper TextBuilder
• Use freetype Face or write analog wrapper for create style masks.
• Convertor for work with webrender
• Modify drawer for consume textview

• Initialize assets
  • Load raw font file and assign it to font-key
  • Generate key of instance font with styles
  • Send transaction with allowed assets and keys
• Glyph units with code & position
• Push glyph-s block to layer with options assigned from font instance key
