nightly-20240921 & nightly-20240922 sysbench PG CDC failed for different reason

There is no source throughput for nightly-20240922

The nightly-20240911 failed during data verification which was caused by RW source table creation failure in most situations. But I didn't see creation failure logs this time. Need to re-check.
