SDK Extensions, Tools, and Libraries for Fabric Application Developers

Presently, we have implemented a library for Fabric applications developed in Node.js (i.e., using the Fabric Node SDK) here.

Create new subfolders to house libraries for applications implemented using, say Fabric Java SDK or Fabric Go SDK.
