Translations of Scientific Python core project brochure websites

I've been working on setting up infrastructure for translating content from the main websites of the Scientific Python core projects, funded by the Scientific Python Community and Communications Infrastructure Grant from CZI. You may have seen the translations into Japanese and Brazilian on https://numpy.org. I've started reaching out to the teams for each project to see if they'd like to participate. I think it would be great to have a chance to have in-person discussions with anyone interested, so we can come to an understanding of what this would look like going forward, and get everyone on the same page.
