Add compatibility for more container registries

The action only currently supports selected container registries. The codebase should be expanded to support other container registries.

Describe the solution you'd like to have

Add functions (and tests!) for the following container registries:

• quay.io
  • Provide support for checking images hosted on quay.io #100
• Google Artifact Registry
• Google Container Registry (legacy)
• Azure Container Registry
• AWS's container registry
• GitHub Container Registry
  • Support for ghcr.io #148

Additional context

• The function for quay.io should be prioritised quay.io is now supported!
• The registries for the cloud providers may require credentials, so optional variables should be provided to parse those
  • Support authentication against Container Registries #99
