There is a built-in transcription action now. I would switch to that one instead.

Search for "transcribe" in the Shortcuts app's actions and you will also find a built-in action for transcription.

In my experience the native "Transcribe audio" is pretty unreliable. It results in a generic error that stops the shortcut at least once every ten transcriptions.
