Recently the test processWebhooks in https://github.com/skohub-io/skohub-vocabs/blob/8f57d586fb394f8eb82afceca69b48f9a39dcf21/test/webHookServer.test.js#L68 started to fail for me though I did not touch anything related to it (at least I think so).

A few days long the test did not work on my machine, but when I pushed changes the test still worked on GitHub.

I also tried with a fresh copy of this repository and the test also failed.
