For example, public draft amendments display the change of status toggle. But if toggled, the action results in an error message and no change occurs. The error message is sometimes irrelevant; e.g., “To change the status to Private Draft Amendment, fill in all the required fields highlighted in red.” Therefore, change whatever message we use for this kind of error to => “Change not permitted” (“Mudança não permitida”)
