is soot already supported invokedynamic or foreach loop?

In 《The Soot framework for Java program analysis:a retrospective》i saw the soot not support invokedynamic instruction or foreach loop Syntax.

Could you please tell me in soot 4.2.1 is already supported invokedynamic or foreach loop?

if not, Will this problem be solved in the future?
