After using Bitwardens extension for a while, I switched to strongbox pro because it just seems much more native than the latter and also because their execution's a bit clunky at times. But now I'm caught off by a few missing features. Mainly autosave, as it's just so much simpler to not have to make a new entry every time I register an account. I also tried the extension offered by Keepass which has autosave, but it was just generally to bothersome to switch between the two apps and experience desyncs. Another feature that could be nice is an extra panel in the context menu to offer on the fly password/username generation.

It could also be nice if there was a button to make the inline menu appear, because clicking on the input box makes things overlap and ugly:

So an individual button as featured in KeepassXC or Bitwarden could be nice. (the button in question: )

I also find the extensions inline menu to be a bit cluttered. If there was an option to disable a few buttons, it could be cool. I find the search button redundant because you can click the extension icon to access search. The create button could be toggled (since it kinda becomes obsolete if autosave were to be implemented). And the hide button probably wont be used very often. I would be nice if the app offered more size and appearance customization, because it's quite limited currently.

Smallest form of Strongbox (why are the buttons soooo big?):

Proposed proof of concept (badly edited with preview and basically a 1:1 keepass, but it works):

+1 to ValentinWY, I really like uncluttered look of competing password managers with entries being only thing visible.
