We are facing an issue after the latest update on comply. Our comply scheduler is not working as per the cron that we have configured. We have more than 10 cron-jobs running according to daily, monthly concept. But after the update the scheduler generates all the cron-jobs daily, that came to be an headache to us. Hope you can find a solution on this issue. Thanks.

Comply needs write (or higher) permissions on your repository to add the comply and comply-procedure labels that it uses for syncing tickets. Without that, it thinks that the issues weren't created and thus recreates them each time the scheduler is run.

Ideally only triage would be necessary, but the way that comply (and go-github, under the hood) use specify labels for a new Issue requires seems to require write.
