Excessive silence at the beginning of note MIDI file for 88-note roll rx870zt5437

This only has been observed in the MIDI and M4A files for this roll that were committed to the SDR.

It is possibly related to issue #1, but this is highly questionable because subsequent processing of the roll image available in the SDR does not produce audio files with this leading silence.

A potentially more likely cause is that the recordings in the SDR were generated using an earlier roll scan image, in which case this error would go away when/if the (newer) roll image is reprocessed and its derivative files uploaded to the SDR.
