Mirador annotation state serializes funny #160

Importing a mirador state with the annotation configuration doesn't work, because the annotation endpoint configuration is/can be a lambda
Saving the mirador state when an annotation edit companion window is open breaks with:

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "current", _OSDReferences.OSDReferences.get(...) is undefined
