PCA does not work for number of spectra larger than number of data points #1

It seems that only the part used for determining the number of components poses problems when the number of measurement points is larger then the number of points in each spectrum.
Th quick and ugly workaround is added in the combine_PCA_WDF script, simply omitting the part which estimates the number of components. (so, yes, you have to give this estimate manually)
