I want to add a codeblock under a bullet, like this:

-   Available locales are dynamically loaded from `next.config.js`
    <!-- CODEBLOCK_START {"value": "next.config.js"} -->
    <!-- prettier-ignore -->
    ~~~~~~~~~~bash
    File: .nvmrc

    v16.14.2
    ~~~~~~~~~~

But the outcome is:

-   Available locales are dynamically loaded from `next.config.js`
