[Bug]: Dependency Issue

Bug Description

Installing from CurseForge, Handcrafted for MC 1.21.1 requires Resourceful Lib, but Resourceful Lib does not have a 1.21.1 version yet.

How to Reproduce?

1. Use Curseforge loader
2. Add Handcrafted to any Neoforge 1,21,1 modpack.
3. Try to load modpack

Expected Behavior

The dependency needs to be fixed or updated to current version (I acknowledge this may be beyond the scope of Handcrafted if the library has other maintainers)
