watch occasionally fails to sync/upload

While running slater watch I sometimes save liquid templates or css, and notice the watch command isn't syncing files. When I cancel with a Control+C in the terminal I get the following on exit:

^CAssertion failed: (0), function uv_close, file ../deps/uv/src/unix/core.c, line 174.
[1]    17331 abort      slater watch

This is across multiple projects, and usually fixed by re-running watch but wanted to add it here as maybe someone else has been seeing this recently

This exact same issue happens to me with regularity but I've not been able to uncover any clues.
