Is there a way I can pass in a flake target and get a full system-sbom? or is just per-derivation

In general, the tooling in this repository should support flake references too. For instance:

nix run github:tiiuae/sbomnix#sbomnix -- github:henrirosten/dotfiles#nixosConfigurations.x1.config.system.build.toplevel
