似たサービスを将来提供したくなった場合、見通しが良くなるため
MariaDB / MongoDB の提供はサービスの本質ではないため
- フックとしてアプリ作成時にDBを作成、環境情報を注入、アプリ削除時にDBを削除しているだけ

これを「アドオン」とか「プラグイン」（呼び方はどうでもいい）としてできるように、その構成を考える

Herokuなどは「addon」と呼んでいるはず
