Fixed the following documentation issues related to ::: use in examples of
unexported functions:
- Removed .Rd files for .contrasts_to_hypotheses(), .hypotheses_to_contrasts(), stopWithMatch(), and tryMatch().
Following issues have been fixed for resubmission:
- URL in contrasts vignette has been corrected.
- Links to two review articles on contrasts have been added to Description.
- Vignette titles and VignetteIndexEntry edited to match.
