Describe the bug
In the items table, the Lakeland College Internet "i" (info) button links to a blank page.

Expected behavior
At Lakeland's request, please link to:
https://www.lakelandcollege.ca/campus-life/library/overview/

Additional context
Submitting issues/tickets for other systems as appropriate.
