Hi, can you please explicitly license (at least) the BIBFRAME project subdirectory?
Without a license (at least in Canada), default copyright terms apply--which effectively means any redistribution of the code violates your copyright and opens the distributor up for a lawsuit.
I haven't found a license for any of the code in the overall "metadata" repository, either.
I'm pretty sure you actually want to share the code you've posted here (and thank you for that!), so I would recommend choosing one of the popular open source licenses listed at https://opensource.org/licenses
