Suggestion - Add Folders to Dictionary

Hi friends,

So I am working on an existing site and trying to "tidy" the Dictionary by organizing items into "sections". The Dictionary doesn't have the concept of Folders, which I think could be a nice enhancement. As it is, to "group" dictionary items, you have to nest them underneath other dictionary items. Which works, of course, but since there is no "move" option, it means having to delete and re-create items in the new desired location. It just seems we could standardize this section similar to the "Settings" section, with the addition of folders and "move" functionality.

Is there any reason this would NOT be a good idea?
