Overview of subscribed notifications on user profile

I once subscribed to notifications on some node in a client project, and now I get spammed with emails for all kinds of changes. I can't remember which node I subscribed to, and none of the obvious suspects says that I'm subscribed when I open notifications.

I know I could just look it up in the db, but I think it would be nice if I could see all my subscriptions on my profile in the user section, and change them from there too.

The UI could be like the one for granular node permissions found on user groups
