Fix HiFi reads that mismap due to increased exploration of chains

Increasing the minimum number of chains explored caused some HiFi reads to become mismapped. Some were unmapped previously, but some were mapped correctly previously. We should find out why the ones that were mapped correclty don't stay mapped correctly and fix them.
