Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Jena 4 is not supporting SDB. Therefore, as a preparation action for upgrading Jena 3 to Jena 4, a cleaning up of SDB related code is needed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Find classes/code snippets linked with Jena SDB and remove the code.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In some exceptional cases, the adoption of the Jena SDB code to Jena TDB might be needed???
