seeing how much pain this caused with puppetboard module, we should do rename earlier rather than later, when we've forgotten what's all involved

rename repository
rename repository in readme & metadata.json
rename travis references in readme
rename repo on pcci
rename in plumbing/travis secrets
update .sync.yml with new secret

please update this list if i have forgotten anything
