support remi per version repos

Currently we only configure the one size fits all remi repo which packages all the php version and differentiates them using prefixs this make configuring quite the hassle and stuff end up in non standard locations. Remi also has repos that provide package per version which use the standard centos package names and location making life and configuration a lot simpler.
