http://www.w3.org/ns/adms redirects to a document now maintained by a CG. That document claims: "This vocabulary has the status Candidate Recommendation published at 2023-06-21.", with a link to our Process. That document is NOT a Candidate Recommendation as defined by W3C. Even when published at W3C, it used to be a Note. Yet, the document claims that the latest version of the Recommendation is published at W3C, which was never the case. This needs to be fixed.

In J.2 Informative References, the link to https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-adms/ now points to a deprecated document.

Yes, this has been discussed, and the conclusion was to stick to the old version of the vocabulary for the moment :

http://www.w3.org/ns/adms redirects to a document now maintained by a CG. That document claims: "This vocabulary has the status Candidate Recommendation published at 2023-06-21.", with a link to our Process. That document is NOT a Candidate Recommendation as defined by W3C. Even when published at W3C, it used to be a Note. Yet, the document claims that the latest version of the Recommendation is published at W3C, which was never the case. This needs to be fixed.

The document now presents itself as a "SEMIC Candidate Recommendation" and does link to the W3C process.
